Quicksand Gold Trap Miner

This unit is about 15 pounds and can go through a 5 gallon bucket in 3 to 4 minutes. Great for fine gold recovery up to 400 mesh! It comes with a 500 gph pump, 6.5 ft. hose, fittings for the hose and instructions. Set up is easy and usually takes a few minutes.  This unit is not for clay materials and processes 1/8 inch material or less. Cleanup is easy, dump into a bucket and pan the concentrates(about 1-1/4 gallons). Each unit has been glued and screwed for maximum durability. 12 volt battery for the pump not included.

These units were designed for hard rock free mill gold ore but while I was testing they did really well with 1/8 inch classified tailings, sand and black sand. I've run 20 five gallon buckets in about 70 minutes with this unit(I don't recommend it). For best gold recovery I found that running a five gallon bucket every 6 minutes works. Black sand test was done with Cape Disappointment sand. This unit went through about 25 gallons in an hour. Gold recovery was about 65 percent(Double Black Diamond dirt). These are some of my results,  every situation can be a little different.
